Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase of Reserve Financial Suite. If you are not entirely happy, we offer a straightforward refund process as outlined below.
1. 7-Day Refund Window
You are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date. This applies to both monthly and annual subscription plans.
To request a refund, email us at support@getreserveapp.in with your order ID within the 7-day window. No questions asked.
2. Lifetime Licenses
Lifetime license purchases are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase only. After the 7-day window, lifetime license purchases are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using the free 14-day trial to evaluate the Software before purchasing a lifetime license.
3. Conditions
- Refunds are available only within the 7-day window from the date of purchase
- The Software must not have been used extensively for production business operations during the refund period
- Partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period are not available
- If you subscribed to a monthly plan and have been billed for multiple months, only the most recent payment is eligible for refund (if within 7 days of that charge)
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- License keys will be deactivated upon refund processing
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to support@getreserveapp.in with the following information:
- Your registered email address
- Order ID or Razorpay transaction ID
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the refund request (optional, but helps us improve)
Our support team will acknowledge your request within 24 hours on business days.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, debit card, credit card, or net banking) through Razorpay. The exact time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Exceptions
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Free trial users — the trial period is provided at no cost and does not involve any payment
- Chargeback disputes — if you initiate a chargeback with your bank instead of contacting us first, the refund request will be forfeited and your license will be permanently revoked
- Requests outside the 7-day window — refund requests made after 7 days from the purchase date will not be honoured
- Promotional or discounted purchases — purchases made with a promotional discount of 50% or more are non-refundable
We encourage all users to make use of the free 14-day trial before making a purchase decision. The trial includes all features with no restrictions.
